I have been training,
developing, and coaching people for over 20 years. It all started in Australia when I joined the hospitality
industry in 1986. I always said I wanted a job which would allow me to travel the world. My dream came true in the hospitality
industry. I have been fortunate to work in 12 different countries throughout my career, and now I call the US home.
I became involved in the Extraordinary Self® Program in 2005 when Dr. Diane Kramer
first developed the program. I participated in the first pilot program and worked on one of my "stumbling blocks" (Retail
Therapy – ladies you know what I mean – shopping!). Whenever I wasn't feeling good I used to indulge in "Retail
Therapy". That helped for a while, until I got my credit card statements, and then the cycle would start all over again. After
participating in the program, guess what? No more "Retail Therapy" and more money in the bank! I also turned my inner judge
(that voice in my head that feed me negative thoughts) into a coach and a cheerleader. This program had such a positive effect
on me that I decided I wanted to help other people identify their "stumbling blocks" so they could change their lives too.
In 2007 I became a Certified Extraordinary Self® Coach/Facilitator. Now I am ready to help you take charge of your life, instead
of letting your life take charge of you.
I offer you the opportunity to take control of your life and your feelings
as I have learned to do. I will guide you to deepen your experience, learn about yourself and take control of your life through
the tools in the Extraordinary Self® Program.
